Sweet Little Baby Card
Today I bring you a sweet little baby card with some of the most adorable pattern papers you’ve ever seen.
That cute pattern paper with all the little animals including that adorable owl and elephant comes from Echo Park Bundle of Joy Girl 6×6 paper pad. That chevron pattern is the other side of the same patterned paper. With one 6×6 sheet of paper I was able to create this card and everything coordinates beautifully, one of the best parts of double-sided papers.
The image comes from Paper Trey ink’s Bitty Baby Blessings. I just love this set for baby cards, so many great images and sentiments like this “sweet little Baby” sentiment, which I stamped with Memento Rich Cocoa ink. I paper pieced the little elephant with the chevron pattern paper and Gina K. Designs Dark Chocolate card stock, which I also used for the card base and the matting. I used Martha Stewarts Hearts punch to create that little heart, which is actually covering a tiny oops, a bit of ink smudged on it. It was tiny but it was still driving me crazy. I added the twine to complete the card.
I hope you enjoyed today’s project. Thanks so much for stopping by!
