Simple Mother's Day Card
Quick post today featuring a simple and pretty Mother’s Day Card.
This card came together quickly and simply because of the beautiful papers, which come from my older stash of HOTP papers. All I had to do was trim the papers to fit onto a standard size card.
Here’s a close up of that floral paper. Isn’t it gorgeous1 Just look at the texture and pattern on those flowers and leaves. Not to mention the whole red, cream, and black color combo is definitely one of my favorites. I added some black pearls to the centers of the flowers for some added dimension.
I left space in the bottom for the sentiment which comes from an older wood stamp. I used Tuxedo Black ink . I just love that font. When you have beautiful paper, you can very quickly create a work of art.
I hope you enjoyed today’s project. Thanks so much for stopping by!
