Scrapbook Sunday: Under the Sea
I know it’s been a couple of weeks since I posted anything new. It’s been very busy at work and I’ve just been too exhausted. I’m trying to get back in the game this week, so to speak. So today’s Scrapbook Sunday features another vacation 2011 page. This one has a really funny picture of my daughter. She’s a bit afraid of spiders. Here she’s sitting next to a huge spider crab, hence the scared look on her face.
This page is a total “scrap your stash” type of page. The papers are from my old stash from Paper Wishes. This one comes from the Use ‘Em For Anything Pastel paper pack. Since this page are of photos to the Florida Aquarium, I thought the wavy lines on the paper kind of went with the whole water/aquarium theme.
As embellishments I pulled these Great Big Brads and added rub-ons to them. These are all also from Paper Wishes.
For the title I used some very old die-cut letters. They were the right color and size for this page. Finally I added the pink rick-rack adding more “waves” to the page and the journaling label which I created using Spellbinders labels four die.
Thanks so much for stopping by today!
