Scrapbook Sunday: Sunflower Patch
Sorry it’s been quiet on the blog this week. I came down with a bad cold earlier in the week and was quite out of it. Glad to be back today with another Scrapbook Sunday. We’re heading back to Fall with this one.
This page was quick and easy to make thanks to that great background paper with the huge sunflower already on it. It comes from the Autumn Forest Reminisce Collection. Great fun fall papers in this one.
Most of the embellishments come from the same collection, like those fun round stickers. I just added some twine to the top for some added interest. For the title I just hand wrote onto the sticker label and added two copper brads.
These cute flowers have been a part of my stash forever. They went so well with the colors on this layout I finally had a good reason to use them. I added some strips of coordinating paper to the side of the large photo. I cut some flag ends and added some brads. A nice quick way to create an embellishment on a page.
I hope you enjoyed today’s project. Thanks so much for stopping by!
