Hello Pumpkin Card
Today’s card gives you cute and less spooky way to express Halloween wishes, using one of my new favorite Halloween stamp sets from My Favorite Things.
If you like Halloween images but don’t want a specific Halloween sentiment then this is a great alternative. I must admit I bought this stamp set because of this “hello, pumpkin” sentiment. It’s so cute. And when you pair it with that adorable pumpkin it’s the perfect non-spooky card. I started out with Warm Cocoa card stock from Gina K. Designs for the card base. The patterned paper comes from my stash of fall themed papers. The image and sentiment come from MFT’s Spooky Sweets stamp set. The cool thing is that the pumpkins are solid images and the faces are separate. There are a variety of faces that you can use for your pumpkins and different designs of pumpkins too. I embellished with some coordinating enamel dots and was done.
Here’s a close up of that focal area. That pumpkin just makes me smile every time I look at it.
I hope you enjoyed today’s project. Thanks so much for stopping by!
