Happy Birthday Guitar

Summers are full of birthdays, so I’ve been working hard uploading a bunch of new birthday cards to the birthday section of my Etsy shop.  You’ll find a lot more options including this cutie.

I used yellow card stock for my card base. I typically stick to white card stock, but I’ve been expanding by card base horizons recently :).  The cute little guitar image comes from the Star Rocks stamp set from Our Craft Lounge.  They have lots of very cute and fun stamp sets.

I paper pieced the guitar with some pastel papers from Retro 8×8 Papers from Paper Wishes.  The “happy birthday” sentiment is from My Sentiments Exactly Birthday Sentiments.  This is an older set, but it is my go to set when I need a happy birthday sentiment.  Finally I added a bit of ribbon and rounded the two bottom corners.
