Halloween Wishes Card

Hi all,

Happy Thursday!  Today I have another Halloween card for you.  I’m just loving the abundance of cards that can be made with just one little collection of paper.

For this card I used papers from the DCWV Ghosts & Goblins collection.  I think what makes this card stand out for me is the eyelash fiber I used at the bottom of the card.  It adds a tad of spookiness, don’t you think?

The focal area in this case is the sentiment which I stamped using Hero Arts Happy Halloween stamp set and some Memento  Tuxedo Black ink.  The patterned paper I stamped the sentiment on was cut out using the Fancy Tags set of dies from Spellbinders.  The whole tag had the decorative end on the right side on the left side as well.  But I just cut that side off and created a straight edge and just like that you have a totally different looking tag shape.  I inked the edges with black ink and added the black brad. Finally I rounded off a few of the corners to add some interest.

Thanks for stopping by today!
