Halloween Wishes Card

Hi all:

Today I have another Halloween card for you.

Isn’t she adorable?  This card is proof that you don’t have to have the latest papers and stamps to create a beautiful card.  The papers are old papers I have had in my stash for a while, but I just love the colors and “distress” look of the black smudges (I don’t know what else to call them) in the bottom part of the paper.  It adds something to the spookiness of the card, but yet it’s not too spooky when you add the cute little witch.

The image comes from an older stamp set.  I’m sorry I don’t have the name of it, but it’s been in my stash quite a while, way before I started actually organizing my stamp sets.  I colored her in with my copics.  The sentiment comes from Hero Arts Happy Halloween stamp set and I stamped it with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.  I used my Stitched Rectangle dies from Lil Inker.

I hope you enjoyed today’s project.  Thanks so much for stopping by!
