Got Candy? Halloween Card

Hi all,

Today’s card features an adorable trick-or-treating monster.  Check it out!

Isn’t he the cutest?  The little monster, the sentiment, and the candies are all from Paper Wishes Trick or Treat Dazzles.  I backed the little monster with orange paper and colored in the green part with Smooch inks.  These inks are super fun to use.  They look like nail polish, but the applicator has a nice tip that allows you to get into small places.  The ink has a bit of a shimmer to it as well.  I also colored in the candies using these inks.

The background paper as well as the bracket piece with the words “halloween is a real treat”  come from the DCWV Ghosts & Ghouls pack I’ve been using throughout these Halloween cards.  As you can see from all these cards this collection has a lot of different patterns so you can make all sorts of different styles of Halloween cards.  This particular pattern has really cute and whimsical pumpkins and skulls.  Not scary, just fun!

I hope you liked today’s card. What’s your favorite type of Halloween card?

Thanks for stopping by!
