Hauntingly Happy Halloween

by egarcia on October 10, 2017

Hello All:

Today I have a great Halloween card using some distressed oxide inks for the background and some printed cut outs to create a spooky scene.

I started out by creating that great background.  I used distress oxide inks to ink white Neenah solar white card stock.  I used the largest of the stitched rectangle dies to cut out the panels to fit the full size of the card.  By spraying some water drop onto the background you get that great distress effect.

The cemetery scene was created using the two tomb stone cut out pieces and the tag.  I added the owl piece on top of one of the tomb stones.  These pieces come from Pebbles Midnight Haunting printed card stock shapes collection.  I added a twine bow to decorate the tag.  The tomb stone pieces and tag are nestled into the grass border which was created using Lawn Fawn Grassy Border die.

I hope you enjoyed today’s project.  Thanks so much for stopping by!
